Rod Ayling has over 20 years experience working with blinds, awnings and security. Coming from a building background he often applies his intimate knowledge on building structures to design blinds and awnings to cover difficult situations and in fact still holds a builders licence. During his introduction to the industry, Rod was installing a wide range of products.This has given him a good knowledge of the products and first hand experience of many different possible solutions for any given situation. Adding to this, Rod moved into manufacturing and sales furthering his product expertise. Rod prides himself on his skills in communication, the ability to convey unfamiliar and difficult concepts to clients without confusing or intimidating them, he will make you feel at ease and confident with your choices.If any problems arise with the production or installation, don??t hesitate to contact Rod directly to discuss the matter.He often finds that a perceived major problem could easily be rectified with a minor adjustment.
John Campbell has over twenty years experience in the industry. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and is able to impart his ideas on a wide range of applications to help you decide on the best solutions for your desired outcome.  John prides himself on his abilities to be able to communicate with people at different levels, commercial and domestic and always strives to arrive at appointments within the agreed times.  Treating people with respect and honesty is a trait that has earned John huge respect from the large list of regular clients whom John has accumulated over his years with American Vogue and gives him a large percentage of referral and repeat business.
Peter Gill. After spending over 4 years working in every area of production in our factory has gained an intimate knowledge of all products.  Peter now combines his vast sales and people skills to go into a sales consultant roll within the company.  Specialising in security, Peter is also more than able to assist you in selecting the correct type of internal or external blinds using his own unique style and choises from our range of decor colours.  His friendly and accommodating nature will make you purchase an enjoyable experience.
Cheryl Knight is the newest member of our team. She joined us in September 2003 with no little knowledge, but with the talent and guidance of those around her and her own determination to achieve she now has an intimate understanding of all products and is striving to become an expert in all areas.  Customers comment that her friendliness and willingness to help is like a breath of fresh air when trying to make important decisions on their home decor and security.
